Center Definition: independent direction that aims to develop the human resources and create work opportunities depending on researches and modern studies in economic areas.

The Center prepares suitable circumstances to let the constructive projects succeed in the governorate in accordance with the related directions that suit to the ambitions of the Iraqi individual. It also works to reconstruct Iraq including in it's activities all the Iraqis who faithfully wish to work for the sake of Iraq.

   The Center aims

-         Making a survey according to the governorate needs for the basic projects of substructure.

-         Determining the priorities to execute projects according to the public interest.

-         Attracting capitals and businessmen to invest their money to execute projects.

-         Introducing and advertising about the Iraqi companies in the governorate.

-         Educating the businessmen and investors in developed and scientific manners to execute construction projects.

Work Technique:

Diyala Business Center depends on using new methods and means to prepare studies and strategic plans to execute future works that serve the citizen and provide work opportunities to get rid of joblessness in society considering fair distribution of these projects in the Governorate. Also the Center depends on technical experiences which the specialists have the construction field. Also the center fellows up the projects execution according to the technical specifications which are reliable.

1. Each Iraqi, (Male/Female) who has capitals or who are investors, has the right to belong to the center.
2. He/She must be honest and well-behaved.
3. He/She must not associate with any organization or any other group that has thoughts or aims differ from those of D.B.C.
